FULFILLING ORDERS
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (subject to cleared payment notification). In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, you will be notified and have the option to accept an extended delivery date or to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order a full refund of any payment received will be made within 7 days. Postal Bears will notify you within 24Hrs of the status of your order. PAYMENT METHOD
Postal Bears uses WORLDPAY, the World's leading Online Credit Card Payment Provider to process payments. Payment can be made with American Express, Eurocard, JCB, Mastercard, PayPal, Solo, Switch, Visa or Visa Debit cards. All WORLDPAY transactions are encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture and are signed using Thawte digital certificates. All payments are transacted directly between you and WORLDPAY. Postal Bears is not made aware of your credit card details at any point in the transaction. We simply receive notification from WORLDPAY of your name and address, details of the products you have ordered and confirmation of the payment.

RETURNS POLICY
Postal Bears offers a 100 % SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We will then credit your account. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
